About Langscapes

Tristan Langley started Langscapes six years ago after completing a Foundation Degree in Horticulture at Bicton College (Plymouth University). Before the degree programme he had completed a BTEC Level 3 programme in Horticulture at Cannington College, part of Bridgwater College.

He has also worked with Avon Wildlife Trust, Middlecombe Landscaping, Cadbury Garden Centre (outdoor plants) and in building construction.

Associates

Dr Linda Langley has had a passion for plants since childhood. After nearly 40 years in Education she is now retired from academic life and research. We are able to draw on her extensive knowledge of plants to give you the best advice.

Arthur Langley has worked in design and design education for over four decades. He has an M.A. in Industrial Design (Engineering) and another in Interactive Media. In addition he has experience of building design and construction. Recent graphic design work includes the information panels that have been installed on Cadbury hill fort and nature reserve, and in Pages Court precinct, Yatton.

Langscapes can produce design sketch proposals and/or detailed scale drawings together with planting schemes and a bill of quantities. Alternatively, we will carry out construction to the client’s wishes. Most of the work to date has been of a domestic nature – small to medium sizes gardens, but we have produced design proposals for a large 10m x 50m community/sensory garden in North Bristol.

Alternatively we can carry out construction or maintenance as requested.
